New in 2020 with the need to be able to run safely we decided to offer group runs to keep people on the move.
Our aim is to bring people together to promote physical and mental well being through running and fitness.
Join like minded runners who are looking to keep their fitness levels up by running a variety of distances and pace all from a central point where you can park for free and enjoy great coffee etc on your return.
We also host run clinics working on analysis and technique, helping you with training plans to achieve your running goals.
