Through out the year Team Saximus will be running regular workshops and specialist classes.

 

Core and Flexability: This workout focuses on core strength and includes stretches for increased flexability.

 

Kettle Bell: Kettlebells are cannonball shaped weights with handles attached and are usally made from cast iron or rubber coated cast iron. Kettlebells come in various weights and sizes and can be used to help develop core strength, improve grip strength and provide overall muscle development. 

 

High Intensity Interval Training:  Sessions consist of a warm up period of exercise, follwed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, seperated by medium intensity exercise for recovery and ending with a period of cool down exercise.
